Contact Lens Retention

One benefit that a Pearle Operator has is a long standing relationship with their patients— and a personal touch (a call) over the next 60 days might be of benefit.  You could :

  1. Allocate one staff member to call contact lens patients (those who need exams, contact lens reorders, or those who may want to buy more direct to patient)
  2. Attached is a call script.
  3. Attached is our trial lens offer/ also available on our website.  May be a hook if needed— but not the theme since we know/understand you would call all contact lens wearers (not just Cooper).  You could email this to the patient before they come in (if they need an eye exam).
