BOARD MEMBERS

Lisa Hamilton, OD graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry Magna Cum Laude in 1997. Immediately after graduating, she moved to Colorado to work at the Disher Laser Center. She was the center director for the Dishler Laser Center until August 2002.

Her affiliation with Luxottica began in August 2002, when she became the sub-leasing optometrist at the SW Plaza Pearle Vision in Littleton, CO. In August 2003, Dr. Hamilton acquired a second Pearle Vision sub-lease in Boulder CO, which she later sold to an optometrist who was working at that location. Dr. Hamilton was the co-chair of the Pearle Vision OAC with Mark Jacquot, OD for 5 years. She is passionate about OneSight and has been on six global missions to date.

In August 2010, Dr. Hamilton opened a new start-up Pearle Vision Franchise location with her husband Bobby. Dr. Hamilton currently works at her two franchise locations and her sub-lease SW Plaza location in south Denver. Optometric interests: Dr. Hamilton does glaucoma treatment & management (has an OCT at each location), dry eye disease treatment (punctal plugs & the Ocusoft 360 program), and specialty contact lens fitting (including SynergEyes, scleral lenses, etc.)

Dr. Hamilton was inspired by the Lens Crafters ALLDocs group and it is with great enthusiasm that she and the other board members bring SNAPP to the Pearle Vision community. On a personal note, Dr. Hamilton and her husband Bobby have been married for 10 years and enjoy working together as well as skiing, snowboarding, hiking and cycling. Bobby also enjoys photography, fly fishing and motor-crossing.

Dr. H. Kenneth Kopolow operates four Pearle Vision Centers in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. His affiliation with Luxottica began in 1993 as a LensCrafters subleasing doctor. Dr. Kopolow enjoys an outstanding reputation in his community for delivering great patient care and is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Nevada Optometric Association.

Dr. Kopolow was one of the first LensCrafters optometrists to become a Pearle Vision Licensed Operator and currently operates six LensCrafters subleases. He enjoys the patient care aspect of his business as well as the challenges presented by the changing health care landscape.

Dr. Kopolow has two daughters and participates in many sports and recreational activities.

Dr. Hults has been president and CEO of Dr. Richard E. Hults and Assoc., Inc. for nearly 30 years, one of the largest multi-unit LensCrafters affiliated practices in the U.S.. Dr. Hults is a Board Member of ALLDocs and the meeting planner for the ALLDocs Conference, annually bringing together the country’s most successful LC doctors. Dr. Hults has cultivated considerable experience as a liaison to corporate optometry and just may be the only OD, JD, MBA in the country!

Dr. Hults ardently supports OneSight, just returning from Nicaragua, his 14th Global Clinic.

Dr. Hults became a Pearle Licensee via the purchase of a Pearle Corporate Store in Akron, OH.

In 2005, Milissa purchased this Pearle Vision franchise and has since been the licensed operator. Milissa is running the top performing Pearle Vision in the State of Colorado. She loves the diversity of running a Pearle Vision franchise.   Milissa has two beautiful daughters. She enjoys walking, entertaining, traveling and shopping. She prides herself on being a happy, balanced business owner and mother.
