Sunday Night Welcome Reception

Qualify
- One (1) Doctor & one (1) non-OD owner per store qualify stipend
- One (1) Manager per store qualifies for stipend
- Register for the meeting by the registration deadline (4 weeks before start date of meeting )
- Arrive on-time
- Spend 10 minutes with each sponsor learning about their products and services. Get passport book stamped from each partner at the trade fair dinner.
- Get passport book stamped for each break-out session on Monday
- Fully participate in the meeting each day & get passport book stamped for all days
- *Stipend amount will be determined by how many members qualify for stipend.
- Book your hotel stay within the SNAPP discounted room block at JW

Mile Brujic, OD, FAAO
Course Title & Time Slot: Rule These Out Before You Diagnose It As Dry Eye | Wednesday, 11/5 at 8:30 am
This two-hour course focuses on differentiating dry eye disease from other ocular surface conditions with similar presentations. Special attention will be given to antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), their potential ocular side effects, and emerging implications for patient care. The course emphasizes the vital role of eye care providers in identifying and managing ADC-related complications.
Course Title & Time Slot: OCT for the Anterior Segment | Wednesday, 11/5 at 10:30 am
OCT is commonly utilized for posterior segment disease. This course will explore clinical utilization for anterior segment OCT for anterior disease management and contact lens design.
Biography
Mile Brujic, OD, FAAO is a 2002 graduate of the New England College of Optometry. He is a partner of Premier Vision Group, a successful four location optometric practice in Northwest Ohio. He practices full scope optometry with an emphasis on ocular disease management of the anterior segment and specialty contact lenses. He is active at all levels of organized optometry. Dr. Brujic is on the editorial board for a number of optometric publications. He has published over 450 articles and has given over 2100 lectures, both nationally and internationally on contemporary topics in eye care.

Joe DeLoach

Biography
Joe brings a diverse background that includes a prior highly successful private practice, managing one of the nation’s largest referral centers, and most recently as a full time educator and Clinical Director of the University of Houston Eye Institute Dallas.
He is a noted national authority and lecturer on many aspects of practice including medical billing and coding, documentation of medical records, HIPAA compliance, and management of ocular disease. He has served in numerous capacities with his state association where he was recognized as on of the few recipients of the Distinguished Service Award. Joe also continues to serve as an advisor to Medicare.

Dr. Scot Morris
Clinical Director & COO, Eye Consultants of Colorado

Biography
A highly accomplished and influential figure in optometry, Dr. Scot Morris has consistently demonstrated exceptional clinical expertise, visionary leadership, and a commitment to advancing the field through innovation and education. With a career spanning over two decades, Scot has made significant contributions to clinical practice, business development, and the dissemination of knowledge within the eye care community.
Scot’s clinical journey began with a strong foundation, including an Ocular Disease/Refractive Surgery Residency at Triad Eye Medical Center and Cataract Institute, and a clinical externship at the prestigious Bascom-Palmer Eye Institute. This rigorous training paved the way for a distinguished career in consultative optometry. From November 1997 to September 2001, at Discover Vision Centers, Scot served as Refractive Surgery Consultant and Clinical Director, co-managing corneal and refractive surgeries and overseeing a large technical and surgical staff. Notably, Scot played a crucial role in FDA and VISX studies, contributing to advancements in myopic astigmatism, hyperopia, and other refractive conditions. As Continuing Education Director, Scot organized and led extensive training programs for hundreds of staff members, and also developed and coordinated an optometric externship program.
Building on this expertise, Scot further specialized in ocular surface disease, developing specialty clinics at both Spivack Vision Centers (2001-2004) and Eye Consultants of Colorado, LLC (2004-present), where Scot currently serves as Clinical Director and COO.

Since joining Essilor in 2018, Dr. Parker has become a trusted voice in the profession—frequently featured in national media and known for delivering compelling, practical insights on topics like practice management, spectacle lens technology, and myopia management. He brings a unique blend of clinical experience, business acumen, and industry perspective to every stage he takes.
