8 Proven Strategies That Increase Optical Capture
Our world of Optometry is changing at breakneck speed. Patients have so many more choices. Social Media and your competition communicates to consumers that Your eyewear in Your office is too expensive.
Patients have more choices than ever to buy eyewear from multi-channels.
We’ve had it wrong in optometry for years. The idea that Opticians “sell” eyewear is misplaced. In our VEW session together we will clearly understand how to change this for a far better outcome and patient experience.
It’s time to clear up Why and How we must make the patient journey less confusing for patients, while captivating and capturing patients, increasing multiples, adding revenue, and producing, in a far more effective and efficient process.
Together, The SNAPP group will learn and develop process, narratives, and effective patient communication to insure You meet objective goals in your business.
In our VEW SNAPP session together, not only will we improve patient process, but we will also clearly understand how to more effectively overcome the typical patient objections and pushback we all stumble over in helping patients convince themselves to accept our logic and reason.
You will leave with a clear 8-week implementation plan to incorporate at your weekly meetings.
Get excited and we’ll polish our game to a far higher “best practices” level.

Favorite All-Time quote: “Try not! Do or do not, there is no try!” … Who originated this quote?
I have a rescued Chihuahua named James Bond… He is teaching me the art of “advanced patience”!
I do not “Work” a day in my life. Work is an ugly 4-letter word. I see what we do in eye health as contributing and participating at a high level; this way of thinking leads to enjoying “work” at the same level we enjoy playing.
I’m absolutely thrilled to focus with the incredible talented SNAPP Practices, leading to next level patient communication, care, and revenue.

Eye Care Considerations for Patients Treated With ELAHERE™ An Overview for Eye Care Providers
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are a new class of targeted drugs for cancer therapy, and comprise a monoclonal antibody bound to a cytotoxic payload using a chemical linker. ADCs allow targeted delivery of a highly potent anti-cancer agent to the tumor with limited damage to surrounding healthy cells. ELAHERE® is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with folate receptor-alpha (FRα) positive, platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer, who have received one to three prior systemic treatment regimens. Since ELAHERE is associated with ocular adverse events (AEs), the patient’s ability to stay on ELAHERE therapy is maximized by effective partnerships between optometrists and oncologists.
